Keith Mandell’s diverse insurance claims’ practice focuses on professional liability and management liability, including D&O liability, employment practices liability, internet liability and fiduciary liability, as well as addressing regulatory issues. Keith also advises clients on legal issues involving social media and cyber liability risks. Keith’s insurance experience is complemented by a general litigation background that includes cases involving insurance coverage, employment discrimination, contractual matters, and securities litigation. Keith has also arbitrated in the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program and assisted non-profits in addressing incorporation issues.
