Carrie E. Cope manages the firm’s specialty lines’ insurance claims and coverage consulting practice as well as the firm’s regulatory practice. Carrie’s legal career has been dedicated to assisting insurers in resolving their most difficult problems arising from claims and coverage disputes, and regulatory and compliance issues. Carrie’s experience encompasses both commercial and personal insurance product lines including the following: directors and officers liability (for-profit and not-for-profit), social media liability, cyber and technology liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, trade credit, glass insurance and general commercial general liability. Carrie is also a member of the LexisNexis Practical Guidance Insurance Advisory Board.
