James Kovach devotes his practice to insurance coverage matters with an emphasis on directors & officers liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, cyber liability, and other business liability policies. James comes to insurance coverage from an employment litigation background, where he represented employees and employers in court, arbitration, mediation, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in connection with a variety of civil rights and ADA claims. In his last year of law school, James was proud to serve as the final intern to Justice Gilbert V. Indeglia before he retired from the Rhode Island Supreme Court. James also was chosen by his peers as a Notes & Comments Editor on the Roger Williams University Law Review Editorial Board.
